I plan on providing Help Desk and Level 2 Desktop support to the local government in my city as well as to small businesses and home users. I have a MCSE 2000 and have been working as a Tier 2 Desktop Support tech for several years. I am able to resolve most issues but I do not have in depth knowledge of the current OS's being used like XP, Vista, and Windows 7. Should I obtain the MCDST and upgrade to MCITP for Vista and then unto Windows 7. Or should I just focus on MCITP for Enterprise support (Vista). Thanks in advance.
