70-621 vs 70-622

Im getting the MCDST this week (271/272) I want to upgrade to the MCITP. Is there any advantage for me to take 622 over 621? Bare in mind, i already passed the 70-620 so either 621/622 would give me the MCITP.

Any experience on which exam might be easier to pass?

Congratulations on passing your 70-620 exam. With the 70-621 half of the exam covers the 70-620 material and the other half covers the 70-622 material. I really couldn't tell you which way to go but if you take the 70-621 you know half the material already.

i did the same thing a little over year ago. I did the DST and then took 621 a few weeks later. Like he said, half is 620, half is 622. Given that, I would say do 621 just because you are already familiar with half of the material. It really wasnt too bad.

What study materials did/are you guys using for the 621?

I'm surprised at the amount of MCDSTs taking the 620 & 621...621 counts for 620 in any elective and you're only supposed to be able to take it IF you are an MCDST, correct?

I had no intentions of taking the 621,271,272 when I took the 70-620. i was motivated to start getting some certs and decided to start with vista since xp was about to be discontinued by microsoft.

then my employer asked us all to get the MCDST, so here i am looking at the 621 now. id almost prefer to take the 622 because its more newer material, but the 621 should be easier since i passed the 620.
