So, I have a 3512 switch that I picked up some time back, and a few 2520’s. On the way are 2x2950’s and a 3550, and I plan to get some new routers!
The fan in my case each need a plug…
My Term Server (a 2511) needs a plug…
I know there are people on these very forums with much larger labs, the question is – when you flip the switch… does the neighborhood dim, and how often do you get thank you cards from the power company? :

dtlokee Member Posts: 2,378 ■■■■□□□□□□At Cisco Live there was a guy powering a 4500 chassis with 2 phones plugged into it by riding a bike, maybe you could try that as an alterante source of power.
