Basic Home LAB
BHULLAR
I'd like to setup a basic home lab for fun. I like to learn new things. What would you all recommend for a basic lab setup? Just want to play around a bit and get some real hands-on experience. CCNA style lab should be good? But a very basic one. Can Sims be good enough or should I buy real equipment?
Please suggest the required hardware. Thanks in advance.:)

There are numerous other threads about how to build a home lab and what equipment you may want.

Thanks jbrad... nice link...!
I think something like this needs to be posted on this website as a "Sticky". Very informative

No problem - between that, the faq, and the good people here on the forums - I've planned out my CCNA lab and then some.
