So I scheduled my Net+ exam today, and I payed the 239 fee. That means I am buying the voucher through Pearson Vue correct?

I think you bought it from CompTIA and used the voucher on Vue's website.

There was a sale for a network+ voucher i saw somewhere on the forums for 180$. I would never pay full price..!

if you paid online when scheduling the exam, then you didn't buy a voucher - you just paid. There are lots of options - you can buy from CompTIA, you can buy from other resellers for a discount, or you can just pay when you sign up for the exam. As long as you get a confirmation for your exam, you're good to go.
