Windows 7 Sharing Files Permissions

in Off-Topic
Hello All,
Ive been testing windows 7 in the office, and im giving the users advanced users permissions tops, problem is that anytime they want to share a file of which they have full control windows prompts for an admin username and password so that they can be able to share.
I want users to be able to share without need for me to go all the way to their desktops and enter my username and password... how can I achieve this?
Users are on a domain, theyre part of the advanced users local group.
Thank You

Where are they trying to create these shares? In their profiles? Or in any other location?

C:\Users\SomeUser\MySharedFolder\
