Outlook 2007 user can't send attachments to themselves

I know this is a dumb question... sort of... I'm not sure why this user is so freaked out about this, but she can't send attachements to herself. Why she's doing it I don't know. She doesn't have a problem sending email w/ attachments to anyone or have any problems recieving mail from anyone else.

Is there some kind of outlook 2k7 security thing I'm missing? (and btw they are just spreadsheets, excel and word stuff)

Is there an error message saying she can't send? Or is she just getting no attachment in her inbox?

People sometimes send attachments to access it via webmail at home or such.

I've opened up her attachment thing all the way I think....

I've sat in front of her computer and physically attached a word document, sent it to herself, and for some reason when she recieves it, the document isn't there. You can see it in the sent box but in the inbox its just gone. Its really wierd and I can't find any kind of situation similiar when I google it.
