Monitor Bnadwith Usage for Home Users
Hey everyone. We are trying to define a minimum bandwidth requirement for our SOHO offices.
They use a number of apps so I am just trying to get a rough number on their uploads and downloads as they work. I would like to monitor a user for day. XP/Vista users mainly. What would you say the best tool for this is?

In the past I have hooked my routers in to MRTG or PRTG to get some decent stats.
