Hello I am new to the forums and I am about to start studying for the Security+ exam. I don't have Linux or Windows Server software at all. My question is will I still be able to learn the objectives and pass the exam without possessing these two operating systems to practice on?

No, I think what this exam covers is fundamental enough to do without either.
However, you can easily get Linux for free from many places, and Microsoft does offer a trials of Server 2003 and 2008.
Welcome to the forums, and good luck with your Security+.
