3745 as a good router to see me through CCNA and CCNP?

Hey,

I'm eyeing one of these up because it looks like it'll do everything I want upto CCNP and is a bit cheaper than the 3725. It looks massive though, How big is it? It looks 3u in size but is it still half depth the same as say a 2801? Is it really noisy as well?

I acutally think it is a 2U. I believe we use them at work. I have to look.
