What to go onto next?

Hello all,
It's been a while.
I just recently moved.
I'm currently working at a school in Arkansas. I'm a "technology specialist". It's pretty good. This is my 2nd school to be working in, it's great and always busy!!
Anyway.
I currently have my;
A+, Network+, 70-270 and my Dell certification.
I want to move onto servers more than anything now. We run Novell here and I don't really know much about novell at all. I used to use it when I was in college (7 years ago).
I want to learn administration, networking and anything else that a Network Administrator would do.
I also THINK that we maybe moving to a true Windows based network within the next couple of years, so I want to get ahead on that. Possibly learn all about the Microsoft servers, exchange, routing and any other type of network things I'd run into.
We run over 70 servers here... so obviously a big change! If I can get ahead that'll be great.
What exams or studying should i move on to?
Thanks!
Jamie

The MCITP: EMA track will cover Exchange 2007. Although, Exchange 2010 is right around the corner, so you might want to wait for that.

As you are using Novell I would take the CNA first. It won't kill you and will be useful there. It will also give you some perspective before you start on the MS certs which will only teach you what the technology can do as opposed to if you should be doing it at all. Try the self study kit for the CNA available on the Novell site. Lots of shops still use Netware. If there is a migration to more MS planned you will be more useful if you obtain a deep understanding of how your Novell life hangs together there first.
