Server Role Configuration

Does anyone know if its possible (I'm sure it has to be) and where I can find some references for configuring Windows server roles from the command line. I want to automate the configuration of certain roles so that I can script them. I already have DNS + AD scripted, looking for print server and file server role specifically.

for core.

I believe that ocsetup is available under full as well, and not just core. Oclist is another useful one for finding the role names for ocsetup.
