I was just sitting in a meeting about this migration, and the topic came up that migrated users need to have their Blackberries wiped, not just their accounts deleted, and the help desk was gonna take care of that.
So i asked the question, "Has someone told the helpdesk they need to wipe everytime?"
Needless to say, the entire conference call cracked up.
