I need a 1841 cisco router with a 12.4 ios version. Have anyone in this forum ever bought a used or refurbished router? Can you recommend me to a reputable business where i can get one at a reasonable price?

You can get used stuff here and off ebay, but why do you need an 1841? They are kind of expensive and many of the features you need can be emulated with GNS3/Dynagen for free or on less expensive hardware like a 3640.

Almost everyone bought used equipments. Search them on ebay and craigslist.
