Difference in Memory Part Numbers
peanutnoggin
Hi TE,
I'm looking to max out my 1760 from 32M Flash 64M Dram, but right now I have a dilemma... when I looked online for the memory replacement I found two different memory parts: mem1700-64u128d and mem1700-64d. I've seen the same thing for the flash memory as well. Both DRAM memory parts are the same price, but I was curious about their differences. I also would like to know which one was better (if one is better than the other). Thanks.

There are different Cisco part number for something that came with the device and something which is a spare or upgrade. The = at the end of the part number marks it as a spare or upgrade part. The resellers are just differentiating on that as well.
