Internet Explorer 8 group policies

Hey guys im a little confuses. Why is that I don't see any group policy settings on my server for IE8. I'm running server 2003, but my clients on running XP with IE8 installed. What do I need to do so i can tweak the group policy settings?

you need the templates for ie8
