QoS - Layer2??
Hey guys - I need to "attempt" at writing a QoS config that will be ONLY used in a Layer 2 environment. I need to give a couple vlans priority for heartbeat traffic. So I've been reading as much as I can over at Cisco and I'm guessing that queuing management is what I want to look at (both ingress and engress?).
Right now I'm looking at Cisco Catalyst 3750 QoS Configuration Examples [Cisco Catalyst 3750 Series Switches] - Cisco Systems
Does anyone have any better docs to work with? While it's answering a lot of my questions - its also introducing a lot more.

Make sure the hardware you are using supports the features you are reading about....cost me some time in the past.
