Speed for Full Duplex

Hello there!
I am trying to run some labs here with my 2501s.
What speed is required for full duplex transmission? Is 10Mbps enough?
Reason I ask is because the E0 interface of my 2501 allows me to configure the duplex (duplex full or duplex half), but it will not let me configure a speed (such as speed 100)...
Also.. when i do show interface e0, it does not say "auto-duplex, auto-speed" like it does when I run the same command on a swtich...
