Recovering an Exchange 2007 SCC using the RecoverCMS switch

Hi all,
I'm studying how to recover with the RecoverCMS switch, so my question is:
is useful this command when ALL nodes are lost and not just for recovering one?
If it was one, it should be sufficient evirating that failed node from the cluster and redoing for that or a new all the procedure (make it a node, reinstall Exchange).
Is that correct as I thought?
Thank you.

P.s. And if the quorum disk is lost, that command is useful yet? This situation looks to be much more likely than the loss of all nodes at the same time.

If you only lost one node, you would reinstall Exchange as if you were creating a new passive node.

If you just lose the quorum disk or file share witness, you do not need to reinstall anything. You can restart the cluster service using the /forcequorum switch and then create a new FSW in cluster administrator. Royal has a nice write-up on his blog:
