Send a file with auto response

One of the managers is hiring for a new position, and instead of just getting resumes in, they want a questionaire filled out and if they like the results then they will ask for a resume. They want Outlook to do an auto-response and then attach a Word document automatically.

Ive searched through Outlook and on the web, and can't find how to do this. Guess its another braindead Monday. Anyone have any ideas?
