Do you have to know the layers in the OSI model for A+ exam?

The Jean Andrews book doesn't really cover it that much. What's a good source of info for the layers of the OSI model?

Through all the study material I used I never once saw anything for osi model. Once you get to net+ then you have to know it like the back of your hand. I wouldn't worry about it on this test.

Naw. When I did the A+ the only thing mentioned was hardware and software. Very little networking (if any). Mostly networking in the sense of "What is a Nic"? Don't worry about the osi for A+.

OSI model - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

everyone has a acronym or saying to memorize it but i just memorized the order without anything else. It really wasnt that bad.
