Adding Sharepoint Templates

I have just installed sharepoint services v3 and would like to install some templates that i have downloaded. But when i go to the Central Amin Site and then into the Application Management tab, i dont see the InfoPath Forms Services in order to uplaod a template? and also when i go to the sites & workplaces section to create a new site i dont see the "Custom" Option in order to use a custom template. Any ideas???

As far as InfoPath Forms, that is only available in MOSS. I am going to check your second question...

EDIT: OK, it's what I thought. I do not see custom on either my dev MOSS system nor my production WSS site.

All working now, had to install some templates using the command prompt with stsadm.exe. But i would like to create a link on on any other sites that i create, linking back to the Home page, any ideas?
