Type of Questions

Looks like I'll be writing my first MCSE exam on Tuesday and just wanted to know what the exam format is like in a sense.

Should I expect a lot of question with multiple answers, or is it mostly a single correct answer. Based on Transcenders I've seen that there are only a handful of questions that have multiple answers; is this what I should expect for the real one? Thanks.

Transcenders questions are usually very similar to the real thing. In addition to regular multiple choice questions, you can also expect some drag and drop questions and hot spots where you need to target an option on a dialog box for example. Probably sounds more complicated than it actually is.

Do the question types include Select All That Apply and/or Select All That Apply (select 2). Or is this something that can not be discussed.

Yes.. "both answer present a part of the solution" or something like that.

Woah, target an option? Is it once you click it's done, or you have to click next and then your answer is 'finalized'? I hate those once you click it's done, cause you may have just misclicked. :)

You may have diagrams and you have put the mouse on the correct picture and click it. If you can navigate the web you won't have a problem with it.
I'm not a complete idiot... some parts are missing.
