No but judging by the release date (05) it seems outdated as it mentions a period of 5 years.

He is very well known though so he may have some gems of knowledge other books miss. Used might be a steal.

As mentioned, it'd be hard not to get value out of the $5 used copy, but there are more updated resources that would probably be more beneficial.
