Outlook 2007 Slow Opening Hyperlinks

Ok, I have one user who is having an issue with hyperlinks in Outlook 2007. If she clicks on a link in an e-mail, it opens Internet Explorer and it just takes forever to open the site. If she copies and pastes it into IE opens right away. Any ideas? I disabled toolbars, turned off the phishing filter, and still no luck.
