IOS for a 2516 Router/Hub

I really did it this time. I updated the IOS on my 2516 router/hub with a 12.0 version that isn't compatable, so it would seem. The new IOS didn't include provisions for my (internal ethernet) 14 port hub so now I can't establish conectivity on the LAN via my Ethernet 0. So 'copy tftp flash' is not an option.
I am going to try to flash the memory with a different IOS while installed in a 2501 router and see how that goes.
