Some Interview Pointers

Well I posted last week or the week before about an opportunity to work in another department at the company I work for. It was for a IT Admin position. Well the interview went good, but not good enough. The actual best part was when he called me in the office a week later and told me what I did right and what I need to do to get where I want to be. I wanted to post these things, cause I know most of the time when you come from an interview very little (let's be real, none at all) call you and tell you what you did right or wrong.
What I did right:
Multiple resumes: Manager said this was great
Posture: Said I had a lot of confidence, and didn't move in my chair alot. Said a lot of interviewers did.
Confidence: Said I showed no fear in my responses, looked them dead in the eyes and knew my answers were right.
My Suit: Said my appearance was dynamite. Said another employee came in with a hat on, and put his hands behind his head. Manager said he couldn't stand this.
Determination: Said I knew where I wanted to go in my career and made everyone in the room believe I will do what it takes to get there. Said to him, that showed some great determination he just loved.
What I did wrong:
When answering a question, and do not know the answer to it, just say "I don't know the answer right now, but I will Google that to learn and find out."
Said they had to debate weather to take me or another employee. But it came down to who had the most experience right then and there. Other guy won.
I am very grateful, cause most people in the world, when they leave a interview would never know as to why they didn't get it. What he told me, I will never forget, for some reason, it seems like I will always use those encouraging words he as told me. Some talented people interviewed me, and I am glad to know where I stand in my career. And that my "trying to improve" attitude paid off in a big way.
Yes I had an advantage as far as him telling me those things because the manager is a good friend, and most people in his team are good friends, so I am very, very lucky to have heard those words. It puts my desire and determination at a very high level.
I hope this has helped some people here. Well the tips anyway
