Mcp concerns

Hello Everybody,
I want my first certification which is MCP. Second , which is the MCSA certification. I have two questions. Which MCP elective exam number can i take , which is related towards the MCSA? . Second , Which MCP elective exam number is good to take for general knowledge? . Especially in a Networking and Administrative perspective.I would appreciate if anybody would help me with my studys.
