Where can I research a SANS/FBI top vulnerabilities list. All I could see was 2007

Try putting "2009" in your Google search and the latest Top 25 list will appear..
I'm very surprised dynamik didn't think of that.

Yes, it replaced the Top 20 Vulnerabilities list. That's why the Top 20 list stopped at 2007.You're talking about the programming errors list?
It's also important for security people to know of MITRE’s Common Weakness Enumeration (CWE) list and the OWASP Vulnerability compilation. Note that these lists are all taxonomies and not ontologies.
