DVD Based Training Programs

I get solicitations for DVD based training material. What is good? Is it rigorous and worthwhile? Is Preplogic CCNA training material worth the $$. any opinions, experience and advice is well desired

    really depends on your learning style. I have enough discipline and focus to go the self-taught route. I have never taken any formal in-class room training for any of my certs. I am doing online training for my CCIE and its working out well.

    For something like the CCNA, make sure you build a lab

    I'd go with CBT Nuggets or Train Signal. Options differ for their Cisco stuff. The consensus seems to be that the Nuggets are more entertaining while Train Signal is more thorough.
