SDM URL Filtering

Hey everyone,
I was just messing with the SDM's URL filtering. Does this have to be some fancy cisco product? Are there any premade list of URLs you can download or perhaps an OpenSource server ... something like that?
Beyond just the SDM does anyone have any experience with web filtering? What products have you tried?

Just had a look on google for some free URL blacklists and found this one:
URLBlacklist.com
Don't know how often its updated as I haven't downloaded it myself.
Some other products/vendors which can do URL filtering are squid + squidguard, Websense, and Secure Computing (now owned by McAfee I think)
