Say for kicks you were setting up a wireless network using dynamic wep with protected peap. Everything is in place but the wireless client is unable to acquire an ip address when attaching to the WAP. What determines how ip addresses are assigned? In remote access policy within IAS, on the IP tab of Edit profile, framed ip address is set to 'Server determines ip address...', does this mean the ip address assignement request is forwarded to dhcp? A scope for the wireless subnet is set up and authorized in dhcp.
