Two-for-One Microsoft Certification Exam Offer is a limited-quantity voucher offer available worldwide except in China, India, Japan and Vietnam. Offer is good while supplies last. Vouchers issued as part of this promotion are valid until December 31, 2009. Vouchers are good for the following exams: 70-649, 70-647, 70-624 and 70-620. Customers must register, schedule and take both exams by December 31, 2009. Holding a voucher code does not guarantee a second exam at no additional charge with this limited offer.

    I think you just have to schedule the first exam before Dec deadline for you I think it would benefit you the most since you already have MCSE


    70-647 by Nov 30
    70-649 by DEC 30

    would get you the closet to MCITP:EA

    I think it might be do able

    Is there anything that says you cannot use the free voucher for the same exam if you fail? The web page says "Upon completion of your first exam" not upon passing. Kind of like a backdoor second chance. But if you were to pass one of the exams, you could sit for a different one even if you do not have enough time to properly study for it, at least you would have an idea of what areas you need to work on to pass it next time.
