Confused!!!

I am going to go for all the Roadmap Itil Certs!! But I am kinda confused on which are the certifications and how many tests that I have to take in order to get the cert...
What I have read in order to get the Itil foundation you have to pass one test, please help with the otherss.....

There is one exam for ITIL Foundation v3.
