Moveable Rack Thingy

Today at work I took down a router from the top of a rack using a big hoisting device. Basically, it looks like a rack on wheels with a moveable shelf that slides up and down. It's used for removing devices that weigh a ton. What is the official name for these things? Googling has failed me on this...

Anyone know?
