I would like to know if I have to go the a VMware class (online or classroom) to be able to do the VMware vSphere exam?
Don't worry about what's ahead. Just go as far as you can. From there, you can see farther:cheers:

    No. You can take the exam anytime you want but without going through an official VMware training class you will not be a VCP.

    If you do take a course, make sure it is actually an official VMware course. I've seen ones advertised which won't count for VCP certification.
