Email Return error
I would appreciate any mail guys helping me out. We're having an issue with a brazilian agent and our hosted email support sucks so i'd thought I'd throw the error out to you guys real quick.

This is what the brazilian people are getting from a few email addresses when they send out. I did a query on their domain and it looks like their ISP is on a level 3 blacklist. I told them this but they came back in broken english about some kind of secondary email server... I just want to make sure that, as I read this error correctly, their email is being blocked inbound by mxlogic?

Yeah what he said!!
I would let them know that getting off of Blacklist can be VERY difficult. Could be likely the company has a reputation of sending spam on the net."The recipe for perpetual ignorance is: be satisfied with your opinions and
content with your knowledge. " Elbert Hubbard (1856 - 1915)
