My whole thing is I would like to own a world-class IT consulting firm. That said, I know that won't happen tomorrow. I just wanted some BA or BS on my resume to help me now (and in the near future). I see WGU as a way to get that done. That said, I am not sure about the usefulness of the degree (at least for me, being a person who doesn't want to do MS)
