Can a scheduled 601 exam be changed to 701?

I have till the end of the year to take my 601 test that is already scheduled at the end of Nov. I purchased a VUE voucher and scheduled at a local test center. I was wondering if I could change my course to the 701 without any additional cost. Anyone know?
