My take on it!

I decided to take N10-002 before OCR comes out, heck my company pays for it....anyway I felt some of the questions could not be answered correctly with the information provided, also some questions asked what is your next logical step....there was more than one correct answer but what did Comptia feel should be the next logical.
Anyway for those about to take it, use logic on the questions you are not sure of, use the process of elimination on the answers, on some questions I did not know the answer but was able to eliminate 3 of the 4 choices which left the only possible answer.
Passed with a 766....It will suffice.

1. Establish the symptoms
2. Identify the affected area
3. Establish what has changed
4. Select the most probable cause
5. Implement a solution
6. Test the result
7. Recognize the potential effects of the solution
8. Document the solution
Any time there is a question involving the "next logical step" refer to the list. From the question you determine what step the troubleshooting is at and select the answer that matches the next action from the list.
This is straight out of the Comptia objectives BTW.
