I was on microsofts webpage looking at the MCITP exams and it listed:
70-646
Below that it said Prerquisites
70-640
70-642
Does that mean I have to do 640 and 642 before i take 646? As I was going to take 646 first since I have a the videos for that test given to me from a friend. Also will I recieve MCTS Cert from Passing just 70-646?

Trinitynzxt Member Posts: 30 ■■□□□□□□□□Do i at least get an MCP from the 70-646 test? Or at least something that would be useful to a resume? It seems quite odd in my opinion that you wouldn't get anything out of taking what seems to be the core part of windows server 2008.

undomiel Member Posts: 2,818The 646 won't earn you an MCTS, but you will earn an MCTS or 2 for the 640 and 642. The 646 is just for your completion of the MCITP:SA.Jumping on the IT blogging band wagon -- http://www.jefferyland.com/

This is correct. You can take the exams in any order, but you do not get the Pro title until you have completed the pre-reqs.
Only the MCTS exams will give you a certification title for the completion of a single test.
