About the books

Hi
I heard that when you buy a book(training kit), you get a cd with the OS(3 months trail version). So, if buy
MCTS: Windows Server 2008 Applications Infrastructure Configuration Study Guide: Exam 70-643: Amazon.ca: Joel Stidley: Books

This sybex series book, am I going to get that OS to prepare. Or only Microsoft series books offer the OS.

I just went through the MS 70-640 training kit and no OS was included in the book. The author just recommended that you download an eval version.

I brought every book for the MCITP:EA track. None came with an O/S

Sybex generally doesnt supply the OS. The MSPress books do:

depending on the other exams you plan on doing, it might be worthwhile getting the whole kit

Also depends if you prefer sybex over mspress. Its easy enough to buy the sybex books and download W2K8 from Microsofts website to trial.
