Overqualified basically means your skills are way beyond what the company needs and the particular company would be hesitant to hire you because if another opportunity that fits your skill set and salary expectations were to present itself you would jump at it right away. I would leave the resume the way it is.

Thanks Tim100. I worked hard on trying to get my resume the way it is, sometimes its hard trying to put into words exactly what one does in there day to day work.

I was also trying to be sarcastic saying I didnt know what OVERQUALIFIED meant LOL. The thing is I know the pay wasnt what I wanted but my PT pay at my current job is not bad. I was more concerned with learning new skills, having medical benefits and most important working in a good environment.

I understand that a company wants a person for the long haul, but in this economy there are plenty of very qualified people that want and need work. A person coming out of college can leave a job just as quickly as someone with experience.

Why don't you have education and skills sections?

I just realized that I only posted my jobs in the forum, an my actual resume I do have my education as well as a summary.

You should include a skills section that a person can quickly scan without having to read each job to figure out what you know. Just be sure to list 'Does not follow directions' - we do have a forum for job and resume related posts...

Seriously though, I would take out the number of workstations that you supported if you expect to apply to larger companies. That type of information can be covered in the interview if asked. If I were looking at your resume and I worked at a large enterprise, I would probably toss it aside if you have only supported 80 workstations. If I found that out during the interview, I would probably overlook that if I already liked you.

I would also take out the 'part-time' description from your current job.
