"Must have" tools/programs/anything

It's the end of the year and work has asked for requests for anything needed/useful/etc, basically a wish list. I work for a network VAR. We do everything from server administration/install, MSP services, VMware, networking, wireless PTP, wifi coverage, VoIP, SAN, etc... Basically, if it touches a network, we do it. Do you have any tools/programs/utilites/equipment that you couldn't live without?
