Hyper-V Unable to change any virtual networks

In my test lab I was trying to make some changes to the virtual network settings as I had added a new netwrok card and a few new VMs. I was having issues making any changes at all to any of the virtual networks.
Well have a virtual har-har on me....
The issue was that I had a bunch of windows open and one of the windows was Manage Network Adaptyers" with the Local Are Connection's properties dialog!!!
Closed that and like magic I had no more problems!

Although you figured it out, ill take this opportunity to point out a useful tip when managing hyper-v.
If you try to edit something, anything, and it appears to work but doesnt, shut down the VM and try, try again.
I've found a few things that act like they work but they actually dont unless you fully shut the VM off and then perform the action.
