Where is tab browsing in IE? Anybody knows, can't find it, googled it too...

Ctrl + T

Go to IE8 Properties.
Click on Settings down by TABS at the bottom.

I think Super99 answered the question correctly. I believe this is what binarysoul was referring to when he asked the question.
