Hi guys,
The environment i work in I run the office "IT" wise but I report to my boss who usually has the final say in everything. So I'm trying to figure out a good way to keep track of existing Vendor tickets incase I'm ever let go or if someone has to go back though my work.
I really don't want to keep a running word document based on vendor and in all honesty its not a lot of vendors to keep track of.
Can anyone recommend a good preferably free but easy to manage I think I'm asking for a lot rather than just doing a Word document or something.
Thanks.

Just download one of those free change control ticket apps. You could run that on a webserver, give peers access and record the details in there. I dont have any examples as what I use is usually enterprise level but Im sure others on here do use them. -

Request Tracker and OTRS are two open source ticketing systems. They're both pretty good, I prefer OTRS, but RT has some killer customization capability. I actually use OTRS as my to-do list!
