Remote User Backups

How do you guys handle remote user (or those that work from home) backups? I have looked at things like Mozy or GlobalDataVault but there is no way for us to manage the data being backed up.

iron mountain works well. its best to buy the licenses in bulk if you have enough users. the price is around $15/mo but you can centrally manage the data. also it allows you to snapshot machines allowing you to restore full applications, not just data.
