Just readingthe Chopper Reid interview technique in Off Topic, I clicked some more and found this link to some interview tips on YouTube. Seems to be a whole series of them starting here:

    The thing with interivews is it's like any other skill you need to learn them and that takes practice and sadly like most things in IT that means hands on. We can all read the books\watch the videos etc but there a long way aways from sitting in a room being facing them. Even more so if there are multiple people asking the questions.

    The big problem is actually getting the practice. :-/

    But still good info to learn so we can at least be prepared for them icon_smile.gif
    if I say something that can be taken one of two ways and one of them offends, I usually mean the other one :-)
