getting the CCNP

first of all let me say these forums are great and a big help. i'm currently enrolled in the online academy and pursuing my CCNA

i was wondering what routes of study are there to get ready for the CCNP? i know there is self study... but taking classes would help motivate me and keep me focused... i plan on going to college but i dunno if any schools offer classes for Cisco... any thoughts?

Personally I prefer a bunch of used routers and switches and to play around with in a lab, but for courses you could try the learning locator at www.cisco.com/go/ccnp
